老公原来是H1，要和我的H1延期一起转H4，请问I-129表的
Part 4 - Processing Information.
Question 5: Are applications by dependents being filed with this petition?

另外，是否还要填I-539？两个表是一起寄到Vermont Service Center吗?

今天，我confirm了如果是同一雇主，第二次延期，只用交$190，不用交另外的$750和$500。
