I-140 new message/confused

I-140, EB2, Perm, VSC RD 1/27/06. Transferred to NSC on 5/17/05, NSC RD 5/24/06. Today the message changed again: On May 24, 2006, your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received here for processing. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates. Does this mean that my RD has been officially and unfortunately become 5/24/06? How unfair!
