Thanks Xiaobaitu.
I have worked another three weeks since filing for extension and got paid. Will they be able to find out? This will not get my employer in trouble, right? I guess I need to talk to my employer and ask them to hold my pay for now? Also, a suspension letter won't be necessary, right? Should I ask my employer issue a letter saying that I'll continue my employment once I get my status back?

Sorry for asking so many questions but you understand how important this is to me.
