Can B2 visitor re-renter US w/in 30 days without visa applicatio

My parents plan to stay in Canada for 15 days. Their visas were expired. I-94 is valid. I known F-1 can use the same I-94 to reenter US without visa application. What about B2? Where can I find the information? Many thanks.
