急急急：坐火车没买票被抓，要上庭，是否影响绿卡申请？！

我刚到加州，不知道坐Caltrain要上车前买票。结果，列车员检票时给了我一张上庭的发单，要做citation。请问这种情况会否留下不良记录，影响绿卡申请？我上庭有没有解释的机会？ 万分感谢！
