I-485 without AP travel question

I am H-1 status and EB2. My I-485 is just filed today (May, 30th). However, for some emergency matters, I have to travel back to China at the end of June.

I am pretty sure I can not get my AP before the end of June. In this case, Can I just travel back and apply for H-1 visa? Are there any concerns. any risk ?
