two H1 transfer is OK?

I found a job in Uni. A, and they filed my H1transfer one month ago, now I got another offer from Uni.B, the position and pay are much better than A, I accepted the offer from B, now Uni.B starts to do my H1 transfer,, is it Ok? Thanks for any input.
