My EB2-NIW I140 was approved in November 2004 and the I 485s were submitted in January 2005. I thought I would get an interview from my local office when my PD is current. Now it was transferred again, and to CSC. I have no idea why this is happening. Any one has similar experience? Thanks a lot.
