I was J1 in a university from July 2001, and became H1 in a private company August 2003 in a different State. I was told that all I received in the private company is taxable income. I was asked to fill out 8833 form. But you know, I have no any idea how to fill in that 8833. I would like to get more help from you. If possible, please email me ([e-mail])your phone number.
