My laywer says the date on the receipt is not true

My I140 transfered to NSC after 4 months's waiting in VSC, and receipt
from NSC says need 150-180 days to process such kind of case(It sounds
like reset, 4 months passed and doesn't count). But my laywer says the
situation won't be so bad, there are several cases she filed got
approved 1 month after being transfered to NSC.

Hope this is true.
