My experience:

If you want to file any lawsuit, you'd better register to the PACER system and do some research.

You can search all similar cases in PACER. You can get all status and download all documents filed in US Courts.
They will charge you $0.08/page. If you spend $10, you can get 125 pages of real documents. That's really a good deal.

So far I already read about 20 cases of I485. All of them got approved. If anyone find an I-485 lawsuit case failed, please post the case number, I really want to look into failed cases.
