I believe DOS will move EB-3 forward in the last quarter of 2006 fiscal year. DOS can't waste 65000 visa number allotted to EB-3
EB-2 china may stop or very small movement Since the total visa number China may be close 7% of the total annual family-sponsored and employment-based preference limits. DOS don't allow the any country over limit if there is retrogression. Eb-2 India stop last month is an indication
