一个美国无犯罪记录,一个中国无犯罪记录.中国的虽然你
几年前出来了,但是,签发日期需要三个月内的,就是说证明
你出国前无犯罪(日期写到你出国之前),但是盖章时要用current date.

It happened to me before. I know it's a pain and makes no sense, but that's what they need.
