急问: 140/485 还可以同时递交吗?

我本来准备在下个月同时递交140和485,可是最近听说有可能等140加快处理后就不可以同时递了.

请问六月140加快处理会生效吗? 如果生效了,到时候我还能不能同时递交呢? 先谢过了!
