Please help me explain what this mean? Thanks

I noticed today that my NIW I-140 got updated again after one month of receiving my RFE at VSC. There's still no change in the content at the following

'On April 21, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 90 and 485 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.'

The odd thing is that both my I-485 and my wife's I-485 submitted the same time with my I-140 got updated also and the content does not change neither.

Anyone has same experience before? Please give me a hint what could it be?

P.S. My PD of I-485 is still not current yet!!!
