from NIH, FDA and a national lab, but none of them replys to me. I actually met those people in the meeting before. I am very frustrating. I was thinking to submit the petition first and if get RFE, I will ask my boss to ask his friend in NIH for help. At the moment, I am hesitating to ask my boss for this.
