OPT Tax or not?

I am F1,now have EAD under OPT.I will start working next Monday. Question:
1. Company asked me fill the form for tax, but since I am F-1,OPT, is there any Tax exemption policy for me?
2. Just filed green card application based on spouse of US citizen, am I still under OPT benefit?
