Ask for help

Anybody can tell me where I should send materials for renewal of my EAD? My I-140 and I-485 were submitted to Vermont Services Center last March. I got my EAD from Vermont center last July. I sent materials to Vermont for renewal of my EAD on May 11. So far, there is no receipt, no return, and check has not been cashed. Did I send a wrong place? Where should I send? Anybody can help? Can I send another I-765 application to Vermont center in case that it was lost?
