请问我的H4是不是已经是非法身份了？

老公是H1，我是H4，与老公于今年(2006)3月19来美。现在刚发现visa的问题：
1)visa的Expiration Date:五月十号，2006；I94也写着：until May 10,2006；但是老公I797的Expiration Date是：12月31日，2006。
请问我的H4是不是已经是非法身份了？有没有补救措施？不懂visa, I94,以及I797上的无效日期都指的是什么？请各位有此经验的说一说，小女子谢过大家！！！
