I was informed by regular mail from CIS that my response to I140 RFE could not be found any more in the file of CIS and I was asked to send the copies of the response again, so that they can proceed my case to next step.

Did you ever hear about this kind of thing happened before?

How this kind of accident will effect the result of my case?
