My twocents, please help. H1-B transfering or new H1-B applicati

I just have had a H1-B extended by my current employer up to 2009. I will change my employer starting from August. When I Fill in I129 for H1B classification, should I choose a) New employment (including new employer filing H1-B extension or e) Change of employer? If e) is chosen, does this mean I transfer my current H1-B to my new employer?
