Emergency ask: Xiaobaitu, mytwocents and other friends

My 140 (NIW) and 485 are both updated today, but there are no futher information from the web. What's that mean?

My case:
140, 485 concureent file at 9/30/05.
REF notice 2/10/06.
REF submited: 5/1/06
