You don't need to wait H1 approved

If H1 transfer from one non-profit to another non-profit institute, you can work when you receive the receipt of H1 application. You don't need wait it approved.

If you want to get the new H1 quickly, you need apply using premium process. You can get new H1 results within 2 weeks. Regular one may take several month.
