my green card is approved today! wooohooo!!

the whole interview went very smooth and pleasant, i got my passport stamped right at the interview with I 551, the whole thing only took 15 mins and that was it! now question: when will be eligible to apply for citizenship? 3 years after remove the condition on the green card or it caculate right from now?
