NIW pending, EB-1b approaved, 485 attached to NIW

NIW and EB-1a pending, EB-1b approaved, 485 pending >180days it wasattached to NIW
Working at a small risky company. What should I do next?

1. Waiting for NIW and EB-1a? Both cases just transfered to VSC.

2. attach 485 to EB-1b? a small risky company. I may need change a job in ~5 months.

Someone pls help me out. Thanks a lot.
