Transferred to NE, how long it will take them to process the tra

It's indicated that, for NIW, NSC is processing the case submitted around March 15, 2006. Now, VSC seems to transfer all of it's I40 application to NSC. Any estimation how long it will take NSC to handle the rush of new case? thanks.
