What does this mean?

I got the following email from USCIS today. What is the response from USCIS? Does this mean my case will be processed within 30 days? Or just let me know my case is still in the long line of processing. I submited my response to RFE by the end of Jan. 2006.

"On May 10, 2006, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."
