1.在入关时是否会被DELAY, 三个小时的转机时间是否充裕.

Not very long. Sometimes it takes longer time waiting for your luggage than geting a stamp on your AP.
2. 我是今年三月同时递交的140. 485,VSC. 140pending 打算六月中询回国待三个月, 又担心遇上打手印.有网上的朋友告诉我可以延期打手印的时间, 但我想知道延期的LIMIT是多少. 是否可以延到二,三个月以后.
Do you have your AP right now? Be careful before your I-140's approval. I guess you were not born in P. R. China, otherwise you probably cannot file your 485 due to the visa number availibiity.
3. 是否我和我丈夫的手印可以分开打.
It's really up to the USCIS (i forgot it's name, former INS). They will inform you separately. Sometimes you can do it together, sometimes not.
