You should be patient and waiting for the answers from your school, let the officer input your name in the SEIVS. I did not know whether you get signature or not before you travel to Canada? If you did, then your I-20 should have the signature of the officer of your school INS. Let one of them put your information into the system, or the bad thing is your schools system can not connected to the INS, which is the worest case, you can let the officier make a call to where they block you. This maybe faster.
Good luck my friend, why travel to Canada at this kind of time?
