Currently, I am on OPT with my primary university. I will still be F1 when I get a new I-20 form from the second univeristy this week. I am going to submit the H1B petition next week. As I am preparing the H1B application, how can I deal with my current visa status? How should I present this fact to USCIS? Should my boss have to mention that I am taking degree class from the second university in the petition letter? I take a look at the I-129 form, but I can’t find where I can provide this kind information. Thank you for your inputs.
