I485党员问题

97年加入共产党，99年本科毕业出国。在I-485表中，Have you ever been a member of, or in any way affiliated with, the Communist Party or any other totalitarian party? 这一项，如果选"No",FBI会查出来吗？
大家都是怎么填的呀？
