What's the charges for LC?

Does anyone know what's the range of fee charged for filing a PERM? I agreed to pay for GC process with the job in new company. The legal consultant said that it's going to be $6000 for just filing PERM. ANd I can only use company's attorney. Is this a reasonable price? Where can I get such information? (I know Liang Yong charges about $3000 for PERM. Is this kind of the range?)
