xiao-bai-tu and two-cents come in pls

140 approved and family's 485 pending. Due to the possible long time waiting, I plan to send 2-year-son back China without AP, which means a possible giving up of his GC application this time and re-do the GC applying when he is the age to school. Is there any negative effect to his or family members' GC application by doing in this way? Thanks. (a painful long time waiter)
