when will I see the end the tunnel?

We got our 45 day letter 3 months ago and then nothing happened for 2 months. we inquired the INS and realized our file was lost due to their sloppy working ethics. We appealed for the case to reopen and nothing to be heard yet so far. Is there any justice in this world? Do we just wait for thos inadequate officers take their sweet time to ruin our lives? Maybe we should all file a lawsuit against the government. If we work like they do, we would be gone and fired for good already.

Sigh... May justice to be done.
