回复：从加州到德州的140

Did you file concurrently? I was told from National Customer service that USCIS now won't process the concurrent filing of 140/485 cases (both 140/485) until their 485 is current. I think that's why TSC does not touch the cases who (Chinese, Indina) filed 140/485 last September and October. It seems that other centers (VSC) are still processing 140 for those concurrent filings. I hope this is not true.
