请问，我现在是H1身份，I-140 pending, 如果回国的话

签证会很难吗？这种情况，我需要带那些材料去面试签证官？ 还有一个问题，我现在这种情况可以申请EAD卡吗，in case 我回国后拿不到H1签证，还是说我必须等到递交了485的申请才可以申请EAD（it sounds forever). 谢谢!!
