紧急求救，刚被LAYOFF，身份问题求教,感谢感谢

太突然了。现在是I-140已批，I485PENDING（过了180天）。

I765(EAD)申请才递上去半个月(实在没想到上半年会有LAYOFF），刚查了USCIS要4个月才能批。这段时间的身分问题怎么办？该用什么身份找工作？

病急投医，万望不吝赐教。一家4口只有我一个SINGLE INCOME。谢谢！谢谢！
