I contacted local and service center every month during past 10 months using everyway i can, such as phone, letter, inforpass appointment. I did not realized that "just waiting"( what my lawyer suggested) was a big mistake until I visited local office and was told my finger print had been expired more than two years ago. contacting them frequently, you can have them pay attention on your case and let yourself know the real status of your case.
