I could not find I-797 or I-797A, 9003 on the USCIS website. Would you please explain them briefly and give a signal where I can find?

Additionally, I-94 (record of entry and departure) is not available at the website, do I have to get I-94 and how to get it?

This I-94 is differ from the I-94 with passport or the same thing?

How to prepare the package of the documents of I-485 application? Punch 2 pores at the front top?
