PD SEPT 11, 2005? means USCIS have processed to SEPT 2005?

LC approved: Sept.11, 2005
does it mean your PD is Sept.11, 2005. do we can understand that the USCIS have processed the cases of sept 2005? good news. mine is coming soon. thanks for share.
