Unless you intend to petition EB for yourself (as principal), only he needs to file I-140. You can file I-485 when he also files I-485. And you can apply EAD with I-485 filing.
2. either, and in fact based on 还是等找到工作后申请TN好 I should say both, without a job offer, you can only be in H4. Not in TN or H1.
3. again, you need a job offer to get TN status. You can keep TN until you file I-485.
