律师来函,要求准备下述材料:

Adults born after 1956 must show evidence of immunization against:
a. Adult tetanus
b. MMR (measles, mumps, rubella vaccine)
c. Varicella (chicken pox)

问1:应如何准备才好? 我们1970's 出生的人没有国内打疫苗的记录.
问2:a) b) c)不知中文是什么意思?
