Please help understanding the I-130 and I-485 process.

This is a petition by a green card holder filing for his spouse. The steps that I understand now are:

1. File I-130;
2. After I-130 approved, file I-485;
3. I-765 (EAD) can be filed at the same time as I-485; EAD is good for one year;
4. Advance Parole can also be filed at the same time as I-485;

Please let me know if any of the above steps is incorrect. Also, I like to find out how many times I can file EAD: can I continue filing EAD until I get my Green Card?
