怎样联系加拿大Buffalo移民中心

We filed our application in OCt 2001 and did the first medical examination in Dec 2002. Then we received a request in June 2003 for more documents and second medical examination, which we did in July 2003. We received nothing since then. And we wrote to the officer who is in charge of our case and received no response.
