If you hire a new lawyer, s/he will take care of that by filling a new G-28 form.

If you do not plan to hire a new one, then you need to write to USCIS to remove the lawyer's contact information from your file. You also need to give a written notice to your old lawyer to end using their service and save a copy of that notice just in case something unexpected happens.
