急问！！485 体检 出问题。请小白兔，two cents 看一看。

My case is EB2 RIR, I-140 is approved on April 27th, and my PD is Nov,2003, so I can file in coming May. Unfortunately, in my immigration physical exam, my TB test is positive and my X-ray is negative. But doctor still put:
"Patient is infected, not not active TB. Has started in it prophylaxis Please check compliance." on my I163. He told me he will report to the county and ask me to take medicine and have blood test every month.
Will this effect my GC process. Could I see another USCIS doctor(Chinese doctor better?) and get another I-163? I'm super anxious on this. Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!
