1. 可能是I129的批准件I-797和I-129 申请PACKAGE. Usually, your lawyer receives the appvoal notice one week after the online status shows an approval. When a new H1 I-94 is attached to the approval notice, you get H1. Otherwise, only the company part is approved. You still need leave the country, apply for a H-1B visa using the approval notice and come back.
2. Unless you are not at fault, you may need to stay at the current company substantial length of time (> 3 months) before applying for a transfer. Otherwise, there is a risk of transfer being denied.
