Help , the change lawyer during RFE, THX!!!

Thank the help. As you suggested, I am collecting the evidence for my RFE. My current lawyer is not helpful and can't give any good advice. It seems he did not have experience with RFE. I am worry about he can't use the evidences I collected wisely.
Is it good to change lawyer during preparation RFE? If yes, what is the precedure?
