How to contact NSC on Fingerprint issue

Dear xiaobiaotu, mytwocent and other friends:

Both myself and my wife did our first FingerPrint (code 1) in Oct 2004.

In March 2006 I received the letter from NSC and did again the Fingerprint (code 1), I think that is because the first one is expiring. But my wife didn't receive that kind of letter so far. Is it normal? If not, how can I inquire on this? Any contacting phone number? or email or Fax?...

You are very appreicated on any help.
