紧急求助，实在无路可走了，谁给指条路？

我的明年五月到期（六年），现在１４０刚递上，不幸的是与我直接上司闹了矛盾（尽了一切农力，还是未能避免）。他昨天给我两个选择：１。辞职，２。降薪水。让我今天下午回复。我现在该如何办？哪位朋友能指点一下，不胜感激。
